Listed products & personalization
You can order a listed design using the stated size and material, keep the template, or submit your own text or image where the product page allows it. We sell only the fixed sizes and compatible options shown on each product page. You can personalize template text or upload your own image at no additional setup charge. Custom measurements are not offered.
Check the listed body measurements, material and handle configuration. Product images illustrate a design and configuration; they are not a scale drawing. Uploading artwork or editing text saves your customization separately and does not automatically turn the product photo into a final print proof.
Prices & payment
Prices and checkout payments are in USD. The displayed price applies to the configuration and quantity described in the listing. Shipping and any taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. Payment is processed by the payment methods available at checkout; do not send card details by email.
Production review
After you order, we will email your proposed production schedule and estimated dispatch date. You have 24 hours from that email to ask for changes or cancellation. We may begin production after that review period if you have not raised an objection. If you contact us during the review period, we will resolve your request before starting production. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
A payment receipt is not a final print proof. If your project needs a specific artwork proof, color match or delivery date, arrange this with us before production. If a material, artwork or shipping problem prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancel and refund the affected order.
Your artwork
Only upload text, photos, logos and designs you own or have permission to use. You give us permission to use your submitted files to prepare and fulfill your order and resolve related support issues. This is not permission to use your work in our advertising or public portfolio. We may decline unlawful or infringing requests and will contact you if this affects your order.
Delivery, cancellations & problems
Our Shipping & delivery and Returns & cancellations pages form part of the order information. Dispatch and transit dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guarantee. Contact us before relying on a particular event date. Claims about errors or damage will be handled under our returns policy and applicable consumer law.
Privacy & contact
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle order details and artwork. For an order question, cancellation request or complaint, email hello@loomoro.com and include your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue; these terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
