Why we use it

Payments & service providers

The checkout payment provider processes payment details under its own privacy notice. We receive the payment and transaction information needed to manage your order; do not email us full payment card details. We share information needed for fulfillment with services such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and shipping carriers. Artwork & security

Artwork uploaded through the Loomoro product uploader is stored as encrypted files outside the public media library, with order-related access restricted to authorized store staff. We use submitted artwork for your order and support, not as permission to publish it in marketing. No website can promise absolute security; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Artwork is retained as needed for the order and related support rather than being made public.
