What am I personalizing?
Your design is printed on the pocket tissue outer wrapper, not on the inner tissues. The wrapper measures 2.83 × 1.97 in (7.2 × 5 cm). Add names, a message, a photo or your logo.
Which size and quantity do I receive?
The listed size is 2.83 × 1.97 in wrapper. Orders start at 50 sheets. Each pocket pack contains 10 sheets, so 50 sheets means 5 packs; the quantity buttons and price table are expressed in sheets.
Can I print both sides?
Yes. Select single- or double-sided printing in step 03. Each option shows its calculated price for the selected quantity; the quantity table and order total update together.
How should I prepare my image?
Upload a clear PNG, JPG or WebP within the file-size limit shown by the upload button. Use the original high-resolution file when possible and check spelling, dates and image placement. Upload only artwork you own or have permission to use. Originals are uploaded privately when you add the item to cart.
When does my order ship?
Bags and paper products dispatch within 48 hours. Please review your production email for the schedule and artwork review period. U.S. transit is estimated at 15–20 business days after dispatch. For Europe and other destinations, contact us for a destination-specific estimate before ordering for an event.
