Shipping & delivery

We make and ship our products from China, with worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. All checkout amounts are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $15.00 per order when the merchandise subtotal is below $100.00. Standard shipping is free when that subtotal reaches $100.00. The threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes and import charges. These rates apply to products purchased through this store.

Production & dispatch

We aim to dispatch most standard paid orders within 48 hours. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Large orders, detailed customization, artwork questions or changes may require longer. Your production email will give the estimated dispatch date for your order; please use that date when planning.

After you order, we will email your proposed production schedule and estimated dispatch date. You have 24 hours from that email to ask for changes or cancellation. We may begin production after that review period if you have not raised an objection. If you contact us during the review period, we will resolve your request before starting production. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Delivery & tracking

U.S. transit is estimated at 15–20 business days after dispatch. For Europe and other destinations, contact us for a destination-specific estimate before ordering for an event. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Production time is separate from transit time. Customs, carrier disruption and local delivery conditions may cause delays. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date; delivery by that date is not guaranteed unless we expressly agree.

We provide a tracking reference when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take time to update after carrier handover. If tracking appears stalled or your parcel has not arrived within the estimate, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Addresses & import charges

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately about corrections; a change may not be possible after dispatch. Loomoro covers import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees for orders placed through this store. If a carrier or customs office asks you to pay one of these charges, contact us with your order number and the notice before paying so we can arrange a resolution. Any sales taxes collected by the store at checkout are shown separately before payment.

We will contact you if a destination or address cannot be served. We will not substitute a higher shipping charge without your agreement; if we cannot fulfill the order, we will arrange cancellation and a refund.
