Can I print an image or logo?
Yes. Product pages support optional image upload as well as text. Please use files you have permission to print.
Does the product photo change when I add my design?
Your text and uploaded image appear in a separate artwork preview. The product photo does not change. This preview is not a final print proof.
Which dimensions am I choosing?
Each listing retains its source-listed dimensions and unit. These are product body measurements, not shipping package dimensions. Check the axis labels on the product page.
Which sizes, colours and handles can I choose?
Choose from the fixed sizes and compatible options on the product page. Custom measurements are not offered. Check the selected specifications before adding to cart.
When will my order arrive?
Bags and paper products dispatch within 48 hours. Please review your production email for the schedule and artwork review period. U.S. transit is estimated at 15–20 business days after dispatch. For Europe and other destinations, contact us for a destination-specific estimate before ordering for an event. See Shipping & delivery for the full details.
Can I change my order before production?
We email your production schedule separately. You have 24 hours from that email to request changes or cancellation before production may begin. Email us promptly with your order number.
